Who is responsible

y[AI]r studio is run by Yair Bederman. I am responsible for this site and for anything you send me, and you can reach me here:

What this site collects

This site has no forms, no accounts and no analytics or tracking tools, and it sets no cookies.

  • The host: the site runs on a server rented from Hostinger in Frankfurt, Germany. To deliver the pages and keep the site secure, the server processes technical request data, such as your IP address.
  • Server logs: the server keeps no log of visits. Its operational and error messages can include an IP address. They are kept in logs capped at three files of 10 MB each, and once a log is full, the oldest messages are overwritten.

Films

The YouTube films on this site load from YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), and only when you press play. From then on, Google's privacy policy applies.

When you write to me

Your message arrives in my Google email or my WhatsApp. I use it only to answer you, and for the project if we work together.

I do not sell it, share it, or add you to a mailing list. Only I read it.

Client documents

Please don't send client documents or other confidential files in your first message. If a project needs them, we'll agree on a safe way to share them.

How long I keep it

I keep your message until you ask me to delete it, or until it is no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what I hold about you. Send the request by email:
